Disability Access Statement

  • Approached from Synod Inn on the B4338 turn 1st right after the Post Office in Talgarreg, down hill over river, entrance on left with sign.
  • Through large farm gate and up a rise to a fairly level compacted road stone car park with ample space for unloading.
  • From car park there is a well graded 1.5m wide solid smooth gravel path with a slight gradient to the cottages and court yard garden, lawned and rockery areas with plenty of sitting space to look over the local countryside this adjoins the three cottages.
  • The cottages are all linked with a wide level concrete path.
  • Assistance dogs are welcome. And free run area is provided on site.
  • Delivery of provisions can be arranged.
  • Porterage service for luggage can be arranged.
  • Mobile phone network only available out side cottages.
  • Outside lighting in the hours of darkness.

Hobble

  • The Hobble has 2 stories with shower toilet and bedrooms upstairs a threshold strip to entrance of downstairs ceramic tiled open plan lounge kitchen and dinning area.

Coach House

  • The Coach house is a single storey building with one step to both its entrances one being 1150 mm wide with a loose aluminum ramp. (on request)
  • The Coach House has its own private adjoining garden with sitting and BBQ facilities.
  • Additional car parking space adjacent to garden.
  • The floors are either tiled or laminate under floor centrally heated with plenty of access space to the open plan kitchen lounge and dinning areas.
  • Plenty of natural light in the high ceiling lounge with the support of up lighters addition task light are available on request.
  • 780 mm opening to both double and twin bedrooms beds are 700 mm high.
  • Bathroom has 730 mm wide opening with bath, wash hand basin and toilet and plenty of space but no specialist equipment.

Stable

  • The Stable is a single storey building with one step to its entrance being 760 mm wide with a loose aluminum ramp. (on request)
  • The Stable has an adjacent lawned courtyard garden with sitting and BBQ facilities.
  • Additional car parking space adjacent to garden.
  • The floors are either ceramic tiled or wood under floor centrally heated with plenty of access space to the open plan kitchen lounge and dinning areas.

  • A local bus passes end of lane 10 minutes Walk up a hill from the cottages. Time tables and destinations are available upon request
