A two storey cottage formerly having a hay loft.

Located in the corner of the development, the only 2 storey cottage, the Hobble offers views from the courtyard across the small valley and farmland.

Comprising of a small entrance hall leading to the open plan kitchen and living area. Having a leather 3 piece suite, television, video and DVD player, pine dining table and chairs, a fully fitted kitchen with cooker, microwave and fridge.
A pine staircase leads upstairs to the bedrooms and shower room.

• Bedroom 1, comprising of a double bed, pine wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables with reading lamps.
• Bedroom 2, comprising of 2 single bunk beds (with facility for an additional bed), pine wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables.
• Shower room, comprising of shower cubicle, wash basin and WC.
• All bed linen and towels are provided.
