Cancellation or Changes in your Holiday Booking
Change of booking occurs a charge of £25 for administrational and must be finally notified in writing.

Circumstances beyond the control of the owners
Except where otherwise expressly stated we regret we cannot accept liability or pay compensation, were the performance or prompt performance of our contractual obligations is prevented or affected by or otherwise suffer loss or damage due to circumstances beyond reasonable control of the owners. As example force majeure includes flood, fire, exceptional weather conditions, epidemics, destruction or damage to the property except negligence by the owner. In appropriate cases e.g. Cancellation where you’re booking has to be cancelled before departure the owners will refund all monies paid for your booking. No compensation or costs of any description will be payable in any such case by the owners.
Brochure Details
The owners ensure to convey information correctly at the time of compiling. Due to the owners seeking to improve there might be slight differences between the description and the facilities available.
The owners cannot accept any responsibility for incomplete or misleading information except in the case of negligence of the owners.
Your Cottage
- If arrival is expected to be after 19.00 Hrs please notify owners
- You can arrive at the cottage after 15.30 Hrs on the start day of stay.
- You must vacate by 10.00 Hrs on the end day of stay. (Alternative arrival and departure times must be agreed with owners.)
- You and all your party are responsible for keeping the cottages and surroundings clean and tidy and leaving them in a similar condition to which you found them on your arrival.
- You and your party are also responsible to the Owners for the actual costs of any breakages and damage etc.
- Pets are allowed by prior arrangement in (The coach house) they must be kept under control and never left alone. (read terms)
- Any animal Waste is the responsibility of the owner to clean up immediately after and dispose of in bin provided.
- We try to operate a recycling policy and hope you could sort your rubbish into bins provided. (Clean paper and cardboard, Glass, Aluminium and General household waste.)
- You must allow owners or representatives entry after prior arrangement to property for repairs if needed.
Complaints
We are making every effort to ensure you have an enjoyable and memorable stay with us.
- However if you have any complaints please report immediately to the owners. (Contact information is within the property information in each cottage.)
- Problems will be dealt be the owners quickly and efficiently if problem persists contact owners for further rectification.
- If after this you are not satisfied put your complaint in writing within 30 days to the owners.
- If you fail to follow this procedure may affect your entitlement to claim compensation where this may have been appropriate.
